Assembly Installation Services, LLC respects the privacy of our customers and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to describe for you, as an individual who uses our services and correspond with our staff via phone, mobile application, fax, mail, or through other various means, the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.

In General, We may collect information that can identify you (“personal information”) such as your name, phone number, mailing address and e-mail , as well as other information that does not identify you. When you provide us with personal information it is kept in house as we are currently a small locally owned company. Your information is never sent off site for storage purposes of any reason. Also, please note:

  • We may collect and store any personal information you enter on our online site or 3rd party vendors for your convenience and our efficiency.  This includes identifying information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date, or other financial information), in addition to transactional data  may obtain. We may also collect this information for analytical purposes and record keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our business, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties' policies.
     

  • Should you refer or provide information about others, we may also collect and store said personal information that you provide. If you use our Services to send others (friends, relatives, colleagues, etc.) a product as a gift, information that may interest them or messages (such as invitations) through our avenues of communication.

We may use financial information or payment method to process payment for any services rendered. We may receive this information via phone, fax, email or mail. We do not store this information in any capacity unless you specifically ask us to do so. That being said, our third party vendor that process our credit card transactions does store you information but it is not visible to us. Should you use our services more than once and want to pay via credit card with the same card previously used, you will be required to provide us with your CVC code or we can send you a link to pay the balance on your own, maintaining that we do not have any of your payment information.

For the most part, there is no reason we would share your information, but for the few instances that do exist, we want you to understand when and with whom we may share your personal information or other information we may collect about you.

  • At any time you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional e-mails or newsletters from us. When you register or provide your e-mail address through our online services, you will be given a choice as to whether you want to receive e-mail messages about special offers. You may modify your choice at any time. You also will be given the opportunity, in any commercial e-mail that we send to you, to opt out of receiving such messages in the future. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. please note, this will also opt you out of any e-mail communications, such as service announcements, administrative notices, and surveys. Please note that changing information with us, Assembly Installation Services, LLC, will only change our actions. If you have gone to a third party site, we have no control over what they keep, do or send out. You may have to change your preferences directly with that third party.
     

  • Currently, our online Services do not recognize automated browser signals regarding "do not track" instructions. If we develop this capability in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.
